Yoga

Yoga is not just a physical and sporting practice but a way of life.

The primary goal is the elimination of suffering. Cessation of suffering allows one to find peace and achieve self-realization.

I teach yoga in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga.

Yoga is accessible whatever your body, your physical condition, your age and your flexibility!

So, I offer you several of its forms:
Yoga sur la plage

Hatha Yoga

The practice of Hatha Yoga purifies the body.

Each posture strengthens fluidity and activates the circulation of energy in the body.

Some postures will energize, others will soothe the nervous system , stimulate one part of the body and relieve another.

The movement, guided with consciousness, acts on the different layers of our being (physical, mental and emotional).

The posture, called Asana, is a gateway to other yoga practices, allowing the body to relax and the mind to be stabilized.

In a class, we perform postures, we experience breathing (Pranayamas), but also relaxation and meditation .

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is inspired by traditional Chinese medicine.

It is a gentle practice where you will experience the postures in the stretch adapted to your body, in stillness , in duration (3-5 minutes) and relaxation.

It is a meditative practice that regenerates and deeply soothes the body and mind.

Yoga Nidra

Also called yogic sleep or sleep yoga .

It is a powerful physical, mental and emotional relaxation technique that takes place in a lying position (still, eyes closed).

Yoga & Mindfulness
for children

J’aborde la pratique du yoga pour les enfants à travers le jeu, les histoires, l’imaginaire.

A partir de 2 ou 3 ans, nous commençons à expérimenter les postures à travers des jeux de motricité.

Grâce au jeu , à la musique et au mouvement, nous apprenons à nous détendre, nous calmer avec notre respiration et à nous concentrer sur des activités calmes en groupe (mandalas, arts plastiques).

C’est ainsi que nous abordons la pleine conscience, véritable trésor pour apprendre aux plus jeunes à revenir dans l’instant présent, développer leur concentration , leur confiance en eux et le calme à l’intérieur d’eux mêmes.

Je suis heureuse de pratiquer et adapter le yoga en petits groupes avec les enfants « neuro atypiques » ;

il vous suffit de me contacter au préalable afin que je prépare un cours sur mesure, tenant compte des besoins de chacun.

Senior Yoga

Yoga can be practiced at any age and regardless of physical condition .

For seniors, whether in the context of adapted sport or in a nursing home, I offer a gentle and accessible practice which helps to re-mobilize the body, soothe pain, and regain flexibility .

The practice of yoga has a positive effect on cognitive abilities (memory, concentration), helps regulate sleep and calms stress and anxiety .

For people with reduced mobility,

Chair yoga is an effective alternative and is increasingly popular in nursing homes.

I organize the course according to each person's abilities, alternating between movement phases and relaxation phases.
