These sessions are a set of tools combining controlled breathing, gentle movements, visualizations, and deep relaxation. Sophrology is particularly effective for managing emotions and self-image.
In my classes, I offer gentle exercises that are accessible to everyone.
In my eyes, yoga is not posture.
In my classes, we work with body and breathing awareness. Regular yoga practice allows you to regain better mobility, soothe physical pain and experience psychological well-being.


Treating yourself to a time of meditation is a gift to yourself to slow down, take stock, observe and take a step back from the flow of thoughts that can assail us in a busy daily life. Because it is not always easy to meditate alone in silence, I offer you times of collective guided meditation in a calm and caring cocoon, the group is invited to sit and rest in the present moment.
